    Slick Circles

    Kathy has devised a new way to do reverse applique which simplifies the process, making it easy enough for the beginner.  You will also learn free form cutting to create interesting circles.

    12 blocks, 6 hours of fun.  We will start with basic straight line quilting and then move into more and more complex quilting treatments.  This is not a class to produce the most beautiful quilt in the world but rather a time to begin developing the skills and confidence to tackle your quilts that are taking up space in your studio and in your mind.

    This four week introductory class is an invaluable and fun introduction to the basic skills you need to know to start quilting.  Start with fabric selection and care.  Learn how to put on the binding and all the steps between, including two basic blocks.  Benefit from the time-saving tricks and techniques that Kathy has gathered over the last 30 years of quilting.
